The JW Marriott New York recently hosted an event aimed at creating a captivating guest experience centered around reimagining the future of travel. This pre-COVID initiative was specifically designed for Marriott guests to share their feedback on the hotel's hospitality and to gather insights on working while traveling. Rather than relying on virtual surveys for data collection, Marriott took a more engaging approach by inviting guests to an enjoyable evening. This unique opportunity allowed guests to interact with industry influencers while experiencing the hotel's hospitality firsthand. The event featured guest pitches, ideation sessions, and collaborative efforts. NewsOne played a crucial role in promoting and broadcasting awareness of the event, enhancing its reach and impact.
